Belinda Stephenson was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Painting and History of Art was completed at the University of Cape Town. Home is now the beautiful seaside town of Worthing, on the south coast of England. Trained as a secondary school Art and Design teacher, she has more recently taught and facilitated creative arts and crafts in local community groups. She has exhibited widely in West Sussex, Brighton and London. She is also the winner of the Juiliet Pannett award.
